The Yeezy foam runner is one of the most controversial shoes of all time.
I decided to get a pair for myself to see what all the hype is about.
Here’s my review:
How Long Do They Last?
- I walked on hot pavement in 90+ degree weather
- Went into sub zero freezer temperatures
- Spilled hot coffee on them
- And did all sorts of bending in my foams.
They’re still just as good as day one. All spills and marks wash and rub right off.
I have the sands and I had spilt coffee sitting on them for over 10 mins. A wet napkin and some dish soap took the coffee stains right out. One issue with the shoe is the fact that you can’t really get the dirt off of the very bottom of the shoe. Luckily that part isn’t visible and it’s literally the bottom of your shoe so I wouldn’t stress too much. Other than that I can’t think of any other flaw with the shoe.
How Does The Yeezy Foam Runner Fit?
These have to be the most comfortable Yeezys made.
The soft cushion that molds to your foot.
They’re light, comfortable and have lots of room for air flow. Perfect for gym/summer so your feet don’t get all sweaty.
What To Wear With The Yeezy Foam Runner?
A baggier look will help compliment the kicks instead of being the sole focus of your shoe.
Sweatpants are an easy choice for these.
The Downside?
These slides are very polarizing.
Where you will get tons of respect from some, others will hate.
They can also be considered too expensive.
If this is the case, you could go with something like crocs instead.
